Young Minds Program
The Young Minds Program is the core initiative of Future Leaders Club LTD, designed specifically as an after school club for children aged 8 to 18. This program nurtures leadership abilities, character development, life skills, personality growth, and career readiness—skills increasingly recognised as vital within modern educational frameworks. By addressing these areas, the program supports holistic child development that complements traditional academic learning.
The Young Minds Program runs every school day throughout the academic year, from 3:10 pm to 6:00 pm. Each participating student receives a dedicated workbook that guides their learning journey and provides practical exercises to reinforce key concepts. The program format fosters consistent engagement, peer collaboration, and personalised coaching tailored to the unique needs of each child.
In today’s fast-changing world, leadership, emotional intelligence, and critical life skills are essential for success both inside and outside the classroom. The Young Minds Program equips students with these competencies, helping them to become proactive, self-aware, and motivated individuals prepared to make positive contributions to their schools, homes, and communities.
