Pascal Nyasha
Coach
Pascal is passionate about empowering children and young people. Pascal started as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, moving around from school to school inspiring young people and teaching them basic business skills. Pascal has bee a columnist on leadership and personal development in publications that include SME Times, reaching 3.5 million online readers a month, he wrote for the SME and Entrepreneurship Magazine with a 450 000 circulation in Malaysia, Thailand, and Brunei, he had contributed article to the Business Herald and The Accountant Magazine by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Pascal has spoken to diverse groups from schools, universities, corporates and government departments. Pascal is a registered Social Work leader with 13 years experience working with children and families in UK local Authorities. His expertise is in Safeguarding and Child Protection. Pascal is the author of 8 books on leadership and personal development and is a sought after speaker and trainer on the subject of leadership.
Dr Edwin Mutambanengwe
Coach
Edwin is a passionate youth mentor and leadership coach with over 17 years of experience working with children, teens, and families in the UK and internationally. He has supported young people across schools, community groups, and faith-based organisations, helping them grow in confidence, leadership, and life skills.
With a background in social work, education, research, and coaching, Edwin holds a PhD in Social Work focusing on implementation science. He has successfully led after-school programs, youth camps, and personal development workshops designed to bring out the best in young people. His approach is practical, innovative, engaging, and focused on helping children and young people discover their strengths, improve communication, and develop resilience.
Edwin believes that every child has the potential to lead — at home, in school, and in their community. Through Future Leaders Club, Edwin is committed to creating a safe, fun, and inspiring space for young people aged 8–18 to learn, lead, and succeed!
